  • Modify or cancel within 5 minutes of placement (no fee).
  • After dispatch: Cancellations not accepted; refunds at manager’s discretion.
  1. Issues & Refunds
  • Wrong/missing items or cold food? Contact us within 5 minutes of delivery with photo proof.
  • Eligible for remake, replacement, or refund (credited to original payment method within 3–5 business days).
  • We are not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, address errors).
