Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: November 10, 2025

• Orders in Preparation or Completed: Cancellations are not permitted once preparation has begun or the order is ready for pickup/delivery. Full payment is charged.
• Pre-Preparation Cancellations: Requests must be made 5-10 minutes after order has been placed before preparation starts. May be canceled with a full refund (processed within 3-5 business days) or store credit.
• How to Cancel: Contact us immediately via Phone Call, Whatsapp, or on your account Dashboard. Provide order number for verification.
• No-Shows/Non-Collection: Orders not picked up within 15 minutes of readiness are forfeited without refund.
